Brittany...

A (frequently barefoot) nomadic strength coach + yoga instructor, coffee enthusiast, journaling junkie + storyteller. I also live with depression and after living through my worst low a few years ago, I decided that I needed to reprioritize my lifestyle and move self-care to the top of my priority totem pole.


Its been a long journey, but somewhere along the way, I picked up a life changing journaling habit that has become the number one self-care tool I use to keep both my emotional + physical states well-balanced, which means I have more time and energy to adventure.


After several successful in-person workshops and a guided virtual workshop that have helped the WWS journaling bee community grow into the hundreds, I decided to launch this self-guided version so you can learn this simple, yet powerful technique, on your own time from anywhere in the world.

WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR?

ANYONE who wants to learn a QUICK + EFFECTIVE self-care tool that can help you keep your life in better balance and increase your overall well-being and happiness.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM JUST WRITING IN A JOURNAL?

Intentional journaling is a deliberate log of personal details. In my simple, 5-minute format, we'll keep records of your emotional and physical states, a to-do list for the day that will make sure your self-care doesn't get lost in your daily grind, a gratitude list, AND, I'll teach you how to modify what you keep records on to best suit your individual needs. Yep, that means if you really like a traditional flow type of journaling, you can incorporate it with the other records you keep too. But it also means if you find traditional journaling intimidating (like I do), we can find a unique format for you that takes the guesswork out of what should show up on the pages of your journal!

HOW MUCH TIME DOES JOURNALING TAKE?

My method takes me 5-minutes a day and you can write in your journal any time of the day that works best for you (although, I happen to think that my journaling ink is best served with my morning coffee).

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?

Upon signing up, you will receive an email with a digital copy of your Intentional Journaling Blueprint within 24 hours, a link to access the five videos, a recommended timeline for when to complete the exercises in the blueprint, as well as instructions for joining the private WWS journaling community online.
