Wild Woman Strong's most exclusive and holistic coaching program includes a customized 3-month fitness plan tailored completely to your lifestyle, time + equipment constraints, and individualized needs + goals.
We will also use a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire to help fine-tune some of your day-to-day habits to create a bulletproof self-care routine that results in lasting + long term changes so that you can focus on living your most adventurous life.
Package includes three months of customized fitness programming, individualized habits-based lifestyle goals, and weekly check-ins via email with your coach to hold you accountable, update your program as needed, and provide regular support for you on your self-care journey. All coaching also includes the WWS Intentional Journaling Manual as we will use your journal to help keep you on track and make sure you're self-care routine is as powerful as possible for you.
